Great experience working with Blake for the second time! Blake was responsive and knowledgeable, armed with so much experience and data about the area. He asked great questions to help us hone in on what we wanted and ensure we found the perfect home. He also has a great team behind him that helped make the logistics/process/etc. side of things a breeze -- for instance, his team sent helpful emails at each point in the process with videos to help overview what was happening, what to look for, etc. From an adult learning perspective, I thought this approach was particularly genius.
