Cherrydale

Cherrydale is situated in the northern part of Arlington, to the west of I-66 and north of the Ballston-Virginia Square neighborhood. Most of the neighborhood comprises charming single-family homes with a few townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings. Cherrydale homes are known for their unique exterior character and recent interior renovations.

Though Cherrydale might not ring a bell, chances are high that you've driven through its central location at the five points intersection of Lee Highway, Old Dominion Dr, Quincy St, and N Quebec St, where making a left turn can be tricky. While you will find a few retail stores along Lee Highway, Cherrydale is primarily a residential area.
