I had the absolute best experience selling my house! The Davenport Group, and my realtor - Meriem Ouenniche in particular, made the process enjoyable, stress free, and, yes, fun. The level of expertise and customer service this team brings is beyond compare. From the first moment that I met Meriem and Blake, I knew they would be there for me. Immediately, I felt as though I was surrounded by people who truly cared about me, not just the sale. The level of care they provide goes beyond the closing date. Meriem has checked in on my life several times and was there to help when a minor issue happened with my new place. Honestly, I will always use the Davenport Group. Overall, our experience with Blake and Leah was extraordinary in many ways, but two things we loved the most:
- Marketing expertise and reach. It’s not an overstatement to say that their promotion of our house across their platforms was unmatched. The filmed teaser videos immediately and generated so much interest even before the property hit the market. The walkthrough video of our home was both entertaining and well-produced. These were an absolute game changer in selling our home (over asking price!)

- Contracting concierge. Prepping to sell our home while we were looking for our new home in a new city was BUSY, but the Davenport’s made it easy. They managed all the contractors, staging, etc. with ease and made the process seamless for us. Not to mention that the staging efforts were well worth it!

I had a fantastic experience with Blake and the team. They are truly top-notch. I didn't realize the benefit that an excellent realtor team can bring, and they demonstrated how every penny spent is worth it. This included: the peace of mind to know his team takes care of everything (I could sit back and trust the process), pinpoint accuracy on pricing decisions, advice on how to prep for sale, first class property staging, within-network marketing for buyers, coming to me if coordination was needed (reducing my travel), constant communication, and support at closing. There were a few surprise fun perks along the way as well. In particular, I can't stress enough how their staging, photographs, and networking for sale increase my leverage.
