Overall, our experience with Blake and Leah was extraordinary in many ways, but two things we loved the most:
- Marketing expertise and reach. It’s not an overstatement to say that their promotion of our house across their platforms was unmatched. The filmed teaser videos immediately and generated so much interest even before the property hit the market. The walkthrough video of our home was both entertaining and well-produced. These were an absolute game changer in selling our home (over asking price!)

- Contracting concierge. Prepping to sell our home while we were looking for our new home in a new city was BUSY, but the Davenport’s made it easy. They managed all the contractors, staging, etc. with ease and made the process seamless for us. Not to mention that the staging efforts were well worth it!
