Josh is from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Delaware as a Civil Engineer in 2022. He gained experience working for a top General Contractor in the DC area, and picked up valuable skills in the real estate construction realm. However, he realized he wanted a more client facing career, where he could use these skills to help others buy, sell, or invest in their dream property. This is what drew him to real estate. Josh loves meeting new people, and helping them achieve their goals.
In his free time, Josh enjoys trying new restaurants and bars. He will never say no to a good Italian meal or a happy hour with his friends. He also loves spending time outdoors on the lake boating and kayaking, listening to live music, and spending time with close friends and family.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a great experience with the Davenport Group and Josh Relin. The DC area can be very competitive and the home buying process very overwhelming.
