Excelling in professionalism and flexibility, our realtor Josh Relin continued to make the process seamless and simple the entire way, often meeting for property tours long after business hours and on weekends. His expertise of the market in the entire DMV area as well as single family homes helped us to find a home that fit our needs, while ensuring that the house was safe and met the area's standards. Josh stayed in constant communication with us, making action items and deadlines clear and concise as we went through the, what can be, intense process, signing documents and inputting offers, and up through (and past) closing.

The Davenport Group treats their clients as a friend would, with surprises and treats throughout the endeavor (example being a Doordash'd dinner when financing and signing paperwork can get stressful). I fully expect them to continue to serve the community with this sense of intimacy and positivity.

As a first time homebuyer, I had a great experience with the Davenport Group and Josh Relin.

The DC area can be very competitive and the home buying process very overwhelming. The Davenport Group does a great job of knowing the area and proving you guidance and tools every step of the way.

The Davenport group initially provided a great workshop to go through the initial steps of starting a search and things to consider when starting to look.

Josh was then really able to step in and provide some guidance on the available homes in the area as we focused on our budget, areas, and what we were looking for.

When going to home viewings Josh was great in showing the homes and giving us the best information about the homes and areas for us to make a well informed decision about offers.

We had great communication at all times in the process. Josh and the Davenport Group did an amazing job of making us feel heard throughout the entire process and really got to know who we were and support the local businesses in the area as well.

The Davenport Group also has great resources for every step, from their inspectors and vendors, to their youtube channel that goes over every step, to the support you get following going under contract to make every step goes smoothly. I always felt like I was in good hands.

We met Dhanushi at an open house she was hosting at a home that wasn’t quite right for us. While talking to her, she listened to our needs, set up a couple of conversations, and quickly followed up with some homes that worked for us, including some off-market and not-yet-listed places. She understood our target area and has a very good knowledge of market dynamics.

When we thought we had found the right home, she sprang into action. Her diligence and attention to detail uncovered a series of major water and mold problems. She saved our family from making a terrible mistake!!

Going into the home purchasing process for our first time, my partner and I found Blake Davenport with The Davenport Group, and we are extremely thankful we did. Having minimal knowledge of how to navigate this path, Blake provided expert research, guidance, and support all the way through. On the day our new home in Falls Church, VA went online, Blake helped us put an offer in (which included a home inspection) same day, the offer being accepted the following day before anyone else had seen it. This property is one that we had been monitoring for a while, and when it became available, we just had to have it. Blake helped us make our dream come true.

A testament to his availability and guidance, Blake made himself available at night, on weekends, and even on his vacation to help us through the twists and turns.

We worked with Alex Freedman to buy our first home in Alexandria, VA. Alex was super attentive and understood what we were looking for right off that bat. He was extremely responsive to all my questions/concerns/etc. and made sure my husband and I felt good every step of the way. He made the home buying process both seamless and fun. When we found the home for us, he helped us submit a strong offer that ended up winning over several others, and we didn't even offer the most money. My partner and I were referred to The Davenport Group by a friend who bought a house through them a few years ago. We reached out to Blake and it was our absolute pleasure to be assigned to Marie. This was our first house, we had a strict budget, and were very picky. She took a lot of time explaining the market, how to be competitiv, and all of the things we needed to know about how offers work. It took us about 3 months to find our place and Marie was extremely patient while we figured out exactly what we wanted. The entire realtor group was very dependable and attentive. When we wanted to see a house outside of Marie's availability (this didnt happen frequently, she made a point to be available whenever we needed no matter how spontaneously we called her), another realtor would show and ask about our needs and advise us like we were theyre clients. Marie always looked at any potential house through our eyes, pointing out any problems or points of notice that we might have missed. She showed up with the same enthusiasm for each house and offer we wanted to put down. She patiently repeated steps in the process that wed forget along the way. She felt like a friend in the whole process and made a point to always adjust to our needs while being genuinely herself. The realtor group felt very supportive throughout and continue to check in and give us little perks now that we'v bought the house. These are just great people to know and we recommend them as realtors wholeheartedly!!!

Working with Michael Corsetty and The Davenport Group was a fantastic experience as I conducted my home search in Arlington, VA. I knew what neighborhood I wanted to be in, but wasn't sure what exactly I was looking for, and Michael patiently visited a number of properties with me to help me decide. Once he knew what I wanted, Michael set to work on finding my new home, and relying on his contacts, he was able to identify a townhouse in Ballston before it went to market. He helped me to craft a strong offer, allowing me to close quickly on the property in a very competitive neighborhood. Throughout the process, I relied on his expertise, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. As I've told coworkers about my housing search, they have all said they wished they had worked with the Davenport Group when they hear how seamless my experience has been.

We want to reiterate that working with Mike Corsetty was wonderful! He was so attentive with us and our timeline needs. We were unsure if we were going to be able to find a house before our lease was up and we were most likely going to re-sign for the next year. However, Mike came through and showed us the perfect house for us with the perfect location. I think we got the best of both worlds, since our neighborhood has a little town center that still gives us a bit of city living and we have more room for us to grow as a family.

After only showing us one house and then our new house, we were all in with Mike. He understood what we wanted and after we told him this was it, he made some calls and got us pre-approved ASAP. When we put in the offer, Mac and I said to each other, "This is our best foot forward, if we don't get it is not meant to be." With the guidance of Mike of how to construct our offer, we were able to beat the other offers by JUST $100. We really could not be happier! After we were under contract, we worked with our lender seamlessly, got fully approved, and then it was a waiting game.

The day we closed was a very special day for us. We met Mike at the title company's office and signed lots of paperwork and then just like that we were homeowners in Rockville, MD. We want to thank Mike and your team for really making this dream of ours come true. We are very excited for our future and hope the best for Mike and your team.
