I loved working with Josh from the Davenport Group on my recent condo purchase. I attended one of the first time homebuyer workshops (which was awesome!) and Josh contacted me after. He never made me feel pressured but checked in when he saw new properties listed that he thought I would like based on my criteria. Niki Farley with The Davenport Group is outstanding to work with! I first reached out after moving up to Nova from Virginia Beach, looking to rent, but that quickly changed to buying after a few phone calls with Niki. Her relentless dedication to finding a home was unmatched—there was no pressure to buy within a specific timeframe. However, I was technically homeless, bouncing back and forth between Nova and VB for work. The goal was to find a home that wasn’t necessarily my forever home but one that allowed me to adapt to my relocation. She did just that, and I couldn’t thank her enough for staying on top of everything while I juggled my new schedule. Every aspect of the process was well thought out, stress-free, and enjoyable. There are not enough great things to say about our realtor Joe. Our house buying process took longer than excepted but Joe helped us stay patient and optimistic throughout the process. Joe has a lot of experience not only selling homes but checking the quality of the home as well. We were always amazed when we went to showings and Joe was running the water, checking cabinets, looking at the paint jobs, etc. Joe wanted to make sure that we bought something we loved and didnt want us to walk into alot of unexpected problems. We felt that Joe really cared about us during our time with him. We did not feel like just another number to him which was such a breath of fresh air. Joe also showcased his great negotiation skills during our closing process which is such a good bonus trait to have in a realtor. We were able to trust Joe 100% through this process. He recommended great movers, inspectors, handymen, etc. We are so thankful that we got the opportunity to work with Joe and will absolutely use him again as our realtor in the future. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Moving halfway across the country, to an area my family had no knowledge of, seemed daunting when the opportunity presented itself.
