Rosslyn

Rosslyn is a composite of three Arlington, Virginia neighborhoods, including North Rosslyn, half of North Highland, and Radnor-Ft Meyer Heights. This locality is the closest neighborhood to Washington, D.C., as it is situated just across the Potomac River via the Francis Scott Key or Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge. Rosslyn is characterized by numerous high-rise commercial and residential buildings that make up its iconic skyline. Rosslyn has a distinctive vibe from other residential neighborhoods in Arlington as it has a genuine urban feel.

Rosslyn boasts some of the finest high-rise condominiums in Arlington, Virginia, such as the renowned Turnberry Tower (pictured in this section), which offers breathtaking views of Georgetown, the Potomac River, and Washington, D.C. However, these luxurious townhomes and condos are also some of the priciest, with rates reaching up to $1,000 per square foot. Apart from premium living spaces, Rosslyn has a plethora of restaurants, so you don't have to travel far to savor some delicious food.
