Known as the urban arts and entertainment district of Arlington, Virginia, this town has captured our hearts. The reason for our affection is that there is something to suit everyone's taste, from Italian, Greek, Thai, and Japanese to Hawaiian, Indian, Irish, American, Wine Bars, Breweries, and more!

Located in the southeast corner of Arlington County and bordering Fairfax County and the city of Alexandria, Shirlington is one of the more reasonably priced places to reside in Arlington. Although Shirlington does not have a metro stop, there is a metro bus that runs from Shirlington into Washington, D.C., stopping at the Pentagon and Farragut West Metro stops.
