The filmed teaser videos immediately and generated so much interest even before the property hit the market. The walkthrough video of our home was both entertaining and well-produced. These were an absolute game changer in selling our home (over asking price!)

As a first time homebuyer, I had a great experience with the Davenport Group and Josh Relin.

The DC area can be very competitive and the home buying process very overwhelming. The Davenport Group does a great job of knowing the area and proving you guidance and tools every step of the way.

The Davenport group initially provided a great workshop to go through the initial steps of starting a search and things to consider when starting to look.

Josh was then really able to step in and provide some guidance on the available homes in the area as we focused on our budget, areas, and what we were looking for.

When going to home viewings Josh was great in showing the homes and giving us the best information about the homes and areas for us to make a well informed decision about offers.

We had great communication at all times in the process. Josh and the Davenport Group did an amazing job of making us feel heard throughout the entire process and really got to know who we were and support the local businesses in the area as well.
