We want to reiterate that working with Mike Corsetty was wonderful! He was so attentive with us and our timeline needs. We were unsure if we were going to be able to find a house before our lease was up and we were most likely going to re-sign for the next year. However, Mike came through and showed us the perfect house for us with the perfect location. After we were under contract, we worked with our lender seamlessly, got fully approved, and then it was a waiting game.

The day we closed was a very special day for us. We met Mike at the title company's office and signed lots of paperwork and then just like that we were homeowners in Rockville, MD.
